Hi X Team,
I was hoping you can help me out. The shortcodes I had uses to develop this site have stopped working and they are just appearing as text themselves.
I am updated to the most current version of X (6.0.4) . I have also disabled all of my plugins to try and figure out if it was indeed a third party plugin causing the problem, unfortunately that did not fix my problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well the short-codes should work fine, provided they are X Theme short-codes. Can you please confirm wether or not you are using latest version of Cornerstone?

I believe I am. I updated within the Dashboard and then manually updated again as part of troubleshooting this issue.
I put up an under construction page at the moment. If you would prefer inside access, let me know and ill be happy to provide.

I think I figured it out. I kept digging and found another post a couple years ago with a similar issue and followed that. For anyone else who stumbles on this thread. This worked for me

Thanks for writing in.
Looks like multiple issues you’re having there. First, please delete your existing cornerstone folder/file at /wp-content/plugins/ using your FTP or Filemanager.
Second, please goto you extension page in admin with the url appended with &force-check=1
Eg. wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-extensions&force-check=1
Then try installing cornerstone again.
If this fails, your last option is to install cornerstone manually. Go to your your theme folder and find cornerstone plugin at /wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/. Then install it by uploading it at Admin > Plugins > Add New.
