Shortcode not working in button

Hello,

I use a currency converting plugin that uses a shortcode.

It works normally, but doesn’t seem to be working in woocommerce buttons:

Is this a theme problem?

Thanks for writing in.

To know if it’s a problem with our theme, please do the following:

1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
3. Theme Update
4. Child Theme

Let us know the result of each troubleshooting step then in case our theme is the one causing the issue, give us the following info in a Secure Note so we can check what function in our theme is causing the issue and so we can report it to our development team.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

1. Maybe? Switching to the default theme, the whole code doesn’t appear, but the number doesn’t appear either. Right now, the whole code appears.
2. Tested, not plugin conflict
3. Updated
4. Tested, not child theme related

Yes, please switch to the default theme and if the issue still persists, it would be best to reach out to your plugin author. Since the currency converting plugin is a party plugin, integrating it into your website is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
