I’m trying to use a third party toc plugin with Cornerstone but the shortcode function doesn’t seem to be working properly. I’ve already made the plugin’s shortcode unique from yours so I don’t believe the problem is with the plugin’s code, though it may very well be.
i.e. [toc] to [fixed_toc]
Could there be an issue somewhere on your side? Are shortcodes from other plugins compatible with Cornerstone?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for writing in, yes shortcodes work in Cornerstone. You can paste shortcodes on a Content Area element or Raw Content element, or even on Text element. Some plugins (like some of the extensions) might not output a preview on the Builder/Cornerstone, but it should output its actual content on the frontend.
If the issue is a 3rd party plugin, regretfully, we cannot provide support for third-party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
