Shortcode is not working

Hello, I need some help ,
I am not able to add the shortcode in the div and it is not giving me any result
Please, may you tell me the best way to add the shortcode in the section column ?

I had tried for the first time with slider revolution
I tried to use the advanced background and then click to edit custom. But it did not work.
There is any video which can show us how to add it?

Thanks for writing in! You will have to insert a Content Area element inside the Div element or column and then you can insert the shortcode in the content area. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

In the image element setting, you should be able to enable the Link option and insert the link to the other page.
