Shortcode for Maxbuttons

The Shortcodes of Maxbuttons are not rendering on my PRO pages (in normal pages it does).
Can you give me a hint on where to look for that problem?

Thanks for writing to us.

You can use our Raw content to insert the shortcode or Text element. In case you have not seen our doc please have a look at it.

If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact page URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks a lot - I was using the RAW content.
Could you check please why this is not working. I give you the credentials and page in the Secure Note. Would be perfect if you could help here because I have a presentation in 2 hours and would like to to get this running.

I am seeing this:

The Events Lists were displayed in the builder. The Max button did not. This could mean that the max button can only be displayed on a single event page and not in the list. Since you are using a 3rd party events manager, please contact the creators of the Events Manager plugin for further assistance.
