Shortcode for Google_Map

Hi I am using the following code in my X-Theme.

Code:
[google_map lat=“47.983248” lng"8.801642" zoom=“12” zoom_control=“true” drag=“true” height=“45%”][/google_map]

But I get an error when loading:
Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
