I purchased the X theme on behalf of one of our new clients so they can get their website updated to the latest versions of WordPress and PHP, as it is quite out of date.
I’ve installed the theme with no problem, but Cornerstone seems to be updating incorrectly. I’ve deleted the builder and let the theme install it (via the infobar that appears when the theme is installed), and it only installs version 6.1.4. When I update this, I continue to get the same issue.
I’ve reviewed error logs with the hosting company and received the following:
Re-upload Cornerstone from scratch. Via FTP/SFTP or your host’s file manager, delete /wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/ entirely and re-upload a fresh copy of the same version (from your Themeco account). This fixes truncated/incomplete update transfers, which is the most common cause of “Could not load Component” errors.
I can’t seem to find anywhere to download the Cornerstone plugin separately.
