Short code not working in x theme pro

Hello,
I am using the xtheme pro, up to date, as is wordpress.
Im trying to get this plugin working - https://www.streamweasels.com/twitch-wordpress-plugins/twitch-integration-pro/

Specifically the twitch wall layout.
I can get it to work with the basic page builder, but if I try to use their short codes in cornerstone it doesnt work.
You can see the results of what it does here - https://vpinhub.com/streamers

Is there a specific element i should be using? ive tried the raw content, raw classic content and text element, all do the same thing.

Hello Dustin,

Thanks for writing in! Be advised the the builder may prevent any raw content from displaying. Though it may not have a preview in the builder, it should work and display on the frontend or live view of the page. Can you please provide us the URL of the page where you have inserted the shortcode so we can check? We would also love to investigate if you can give us your log in credentials. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: How The Forum Works

Best Regards.

@ruenel
I have added the secure note.
The page where the short code is added to is https://vpinhub.com/streamers

@ruenel Could you also tell me why the icons only show up when im logged into the wpadmin?
The icons beside the menu items for example. On the public side of the site they are showing as hollow squares, but when im logged in they show up proper. Should i create a new ticket for this issue?

This is when im logged into wp-admin

Hi Dustin,

I have checked the page and found that the Loader is showing only and no content is loading. I have investigated it further and found that the Minification is the reason behind that, I would suggest you deactivate the Minify option of your cache plugin and check if that works for you.
The icon specified in your first screenshot is showing in the Admin Bar which only shows if you are logged in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

Thanks

Thanks, the minify was the issue!

In the screen shots i was refering to the icons beside the menu links, but i cleared my browser caches and it fixed the issue it seems.

thanks again for the great support

Hey Dustin,

We’re glad that it is now working properly on your end! If you have any other concerns or clarifications regarding our theme features, feel free to open up a new thread.

Thank you.
