Please help - after I updated X Theme, Woocommerce, my Shopping Cart is not working.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, the detail of the error is unavailable even by checking in the admin. Please turn your site’s wp-config.php WP_DEBUG to true, then access the cart again. It will then display the error, then provide the details of the error in the secure note.

Once done, you can simply turn WP_DEBUG to false again.

Thanks Rad for your prompt response.
I initially didn’t know how to locate the wp-config.php file. But after 2 hours, I found it, edited as suggested. Then accessing the website shopping cart or even some products, a long error message appears. I have inserted the error message in the secure note.

I see, sorry about that. I should’ve provide more information about wp-config.php. But yes, it’s mostly editing through FTP and hosting’s file manager, and it’s Wordpress main configuration. It’s where settings are saved upon Wordpress installation.

About the error, your Woocommerce is outdated, the function wc_kses_notice() is added since 3.5.0 but your current version is still at 3.4.3.

You have also updated your Wordpress so the rest should follow, please update your other plugins too.

Thanks a zillion, Rad. Once again you’ve proven yourself my saviour and came to my rescue quickly and effectively.

I realise that I had earlier only updated “Woocommerce data”, but not Woocommerce itself!
