I would like to use the Page Heading for my shop page here: http://www.amdi.choiceadaptive.com/shop/ but I can’t find the show/hide toggle button in the Integrity options. Where can I toggle that on and change the text?

Thanks for reaching out.
Your site uses Pro custom header which is why the options for the standard header is inactive. For that, you should add an additional header and assign it to your shop page. Then add headline and text to the area to your preferred shop title.
