Shop page showing without being logged in

Hi there.

On my shop page (/exchange) products are displayed although they should be hidden and accessible only upon login. This event occurs no matter if I use Wordpress’ password protected visibility and/or Theme.co’s logged in condition or my membership plugins settings - or if all plugins are deactivated or not. On contrary, it works fine on other pages with both membership plugin settings and Wordpress’ password protected visibility.

Hey @nblund,

You’re currently not seeing the Shop Layout made using the Layout Builder. Instead, you’re seeing the default Shop page powered by Pro’s WooCommerce template. That is because you’ve applied the Assignment: Current User (logged in) is logged in. The layout will only be applied if the user is logged in. If it’s not a logged in user, you’ll see the default Shop WooCommerce template.

Also, you have caching enabled. Please tell your web host to clear all caches and deactivate caching every time we investigate. Also, your site went down when I tried to clear cache. Please have your web host restore your site as it looks like it can’t handle caching.

Your site went back up and I can now see the result of removing the Current User (logged in) is logged in. assignment.
