Shop page not displaying content of short codes Pro/Integrity

Hi,

My shop page is doing something weird. The content is not displaying and neither are short codes. I also can’t insert templates into the page if using something like Elementor.

It seems that you have not selected a Shop page:

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and this is where you can assign the Shop page.

I temporarily disconnected the shop page from Woocommerce. I have reconnected it. I have begun redesigning the shop page and added products but they’re not displaying. The shop pays shows this error within the page list. Can you please assist with displaying the products? I also noticed that when you create a custom product page even if its not connected to woocommerce shop it still works. I also noticed that without adding a page template to the page, elementor for example, the page does not have an edit option.

The shop page has already been created. What is the reason it says not available for WooCommerce shop? I get the same problem even without using any templates. Also why doesn’t the ability to edit the shop page appear unless I add a template? Shouldn’t the pages work by default with or without a template?

I can edit see the “Edit” link for the Shop page.

“Not available for WooCommerce shop” is coming from the Custom Sidebar plugin of WebFactory Ltd. It is best that you contact them for further inquiries since this is a 3rd party plugin.

The edit option exists on the backend but does not appear on the frontend unless I add a template of some sort. There should always be an edit option on the frontend and backend. I think I figured out the problem somewhat. I did a backup restore, created a template, then inserted the template into the page. I’ll go through different pages to see if I experience the same or similar problems. Thanks for your help. I’ll let you know how it goes.
