Yes, your staff did create a private page with all of the content that I since then deleted because I assumed the issue was resolved. However, that page was private. Please try to create a duplicate live one.

Hey @fantasy_5,

You should set your shop page also in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page (see secure note). If you decide to uninstall WooCommerce, you might need to reset your permalinks by going to WP Admin Menu > Settings > Permalinks and click the Save Changes button.
