All the settings are for 10 or all products, but it will only show 1 product per page. Any ideas?

Meanwhile, you are having the issue where only one product is displaying because you did not set the number of products to be displayed in Pro > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Post per Page. I went ahead and change it to 10.
Check your shop page now.
