Shop notice not displaying?

Hello, I don’t know if I did something wrong. The shop notice window is no longer displayed? I checked and unchecked the ajax option in woocommerce and it still does not work in the 2 options? Can you check if I made a mistake somewhere??
I disabled the plugins, checked my custom css and redid the wc-single layout builder.

I’m not sure, but I think the problems started when I tried to do layout builder wc-single and archive with wpml. I learned later that it was not done yet. Could this have caused a problem??

Hello @zipe3,

Thanks for posting in! Please make sure that your have added the “Shop Notices” WooCommerce dynamic element into your custom layout because this is the one that will display the shop notices for your archive or single product layout.

Best Regards.

Hi, I put shop notice back on the wc-archive page and it still doesn’t work. I tried redoing the pages and new ones without success. moreover if I redo wc-single, I am not able to make a new one?? Are you able to take a look and find where the problem is coming from :((((?

Hi @zipe3,

I have checked your WC Archive and WC Single both the layout and found the Shop Notice element. But it didn’t work or show the Notice while adding the Product into the Cart as it shows normally. And in Archive layout there is no such option for activities to check the Notice is working or not. It seems there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please confirm if the current setup is the staging server so we would troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.

Thanks

Hi, I did all the steps and nothing seems to work. I made a duplicate of the site so that you can play in it without problems. You would save my life if you could find the problem. Surely there is an error somewhere. I had a lot of problem with WPML to do my translations. maybe some errors have appeared
In addition I can no longer see the builder on the right in wc-single to make changes and I can’t create a new one. I don’t know what I did. I know your system well but this big site complicates my life for plain things because I started from an existing site and I changed the theme for yours.
the php memory is maxed out in my client’s hosting. I don’t know what to think anymore.
I put the default theme and it works. So there is a little problem with themeco pro

Hey @zipe3,

I haven’t gotten to the real cause of the issue but it’s something in the translated header. I unassigned all of the headers and created a new one and the Shop Notice worked.

Please try translating the new header using the Translation Flags and test the Single Product first to see if the Shop Notice will continue to work.

After that, try rebuilding the new header adding elements one at a time while checking if the Shop Notice each time. It’s also possible that an element within the header is causing the issue.

Let us know what you discover.

Thanks.

Finally the problem seems to come from the tag [woocommerce_my_account] integrated in a modal. I still had to redo my header because even if I removed this part the problem persisted.

On the other hand, once the header has been redone, I can’t do my translation. I have a gray background. Could it be that the php memory is not high enough. My client’s server only allows 512M.
To overcome this problem. I create a template of my French page and I redo a new header that I translate before redepositing my template. It’s not very practical but it works
It’s really great as a system with wpml but I think there are still some problems that I imagine will be fixed in future updates.

Hi @zipe3,

Glad to know the you are able to recognize the reason behind your issue, and everything is working now.

Thanks
