Shop Images shrinking / not showing & White Bar at top of screen

Hi there, we are using the X theme based builder for this shop Google (africansmoke.co.za)

Please see attached screenshots, we are having issues with the product images where the feature image does not show, and the preview image carousel is stacking one on top of the other.

We are also getting a white bar separating the header which we are unsure why it is there.

Thanks for writing in! When I inspected the site, this is what I am seeing:

No line or white bar and the image is fine on my end. You may be having a caching issues. Please check this out:
