there is an error on the site, some of the products have an additional option to buy a kit alongside the product, it appears as a tick box but when you tick it it doesn’t appear in the cart when checking out - the additional cost isn’t added to the cart value

this was all working fine up until this point when xtheme needed an update. Its since been updated and still isn’t working

The problem you are having might be due to the improper update of the X theme and Cornerstone plugin, I would suggest you follow the below steps to troubleshoot.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. After deletion please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

After you update it, I would still suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1. Theme Related Issue
2. Plugin Conflict
3. Theme Update related issue
4. CSS/JS Customization
5. Disabling Cache
6. Disabling CDN

If none of the above help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
