On desktop, I’d like to be able to shift the photo up so that the building can be seen a little better and on mobile the photo shifts to the right and isn’t centered. Any suggestions on how to fix these issues?

Thanks for writing in!
You can turn OFF the “Parallax” option and then set the background position to the center.
And if you want to display the whole image, remove it as a background image and simply use an Image element in your column.
