Settings meta box not popping up after checking box to enable google analytics

I have the X- google analytics plug in activated. when I go to google analytics under the X tab and select the box that says enable Google Analytics Select to enable the plugin and display options below the setting meta box is not popping up to put in my code. When I go to the right to click update/save an error page from bluehost pops up that says
404 Error File Not Found

Thank you for writing in, since you have the latest X and Cornerstone, please make sure that your Google Analytics extension is also updated (latest version is 2.0.3).

If it is named X - Google Analytics on the plugin list, then you know that is an old version. Because the latest extension is named Google Analytics only.

If this is the case, please update all your X extension installed.

To update those extensions to version 2.0.3, follow these steps:

- Ensure your theme is validated so Extensions can be installed automatically
- Deactivate and delete the extensions.
- On the theme overview page, locate and install the "Extensions".
- Visit "Plugins" panel in your Dashboard to activate the newly installed version.

Because all of the plugin settings are stored in the database, and because version 2.x will migrate settings from older versions, its safe to use this method of deleting the previous version.

Then re-paste your Google Analytics code to make sure it is clean and not halted.

Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
