Settings for menu icons missing

Good day.

The usual settings for menu icons under Appearance/Menus seem to missing on the following site - https://caelex.co.za/

The options usually look like this on all our other sites:

But on this particular site the options look as follows:

The icon options used to be there on this particular site, but we recently noticed that all icons in the main menu of the site were replaced by a “X” icon and when we looked into it we saw that the usual icon options were no longer available under Appearance/Menus.

What could be the cause?

Thanks for reaching out!

I check my development website and the menu settings should be there. That being said, please make sure that have updated theme installed on your website. On the other hand, the credentials you provided is not working, please update it with the correct details.

I’ve updated the credentials, please try again.

All versions are up to date, the site is running Pro version 5.0.8 and latest WP release.

It was a plugin conflict, I suggest that you disable all your plugins and activate them one by one to find the culprit.
