I had my hosting company set up a staging site for troubleshooting, etc. Are there any admin side settings or plugins I should disable for the staging site or known conflicts that could be created w duplicate content etc?

Thanks for writing in! There are no known conflicts that could create duplicate content between the staging and the development site. We do recommend that you deactivate any caching plugins in your staging area so that you can easily see the updates and site changes in the live view of the site.
