How can I setup a forum similar to the one you guys use at Themeco? If I want my customers to ask questions, which get converted into tickets for easy tracking purposes by the support staff but also available for others to view them and convert them into FAQ?
The search forum feature in this forum is super cool. Can I implement something similar with the theme?
