Setting up a layout for product categories in woocommerce and pro

Before I get deep into my issue, the 1st thing I cannot figure out for the life of me, is how to get the " Category Archive, Below you’ll find a list of all items that have been categorized as “product name”" Text to not show…

I figured out how to setup a layout in pro, for the product categories, and I have assigned it, but the text above still shows:

Also, my next issue.

I can setup a layout for each and every product category, and assign it, but it seams a long way around doing what I wish to achieve…

Is there a way I can set up a product category layout, that will automatically fill the headline above with the name of the category? And below display the products in said category?
