Setting Drag on slider moves thorugh slides on mouse scoll

Hello,
I think this may have been implemented with a newer update of cornerstone, but it seems that when i have slider elements anywhere on the page, and i enable drag, the mouse wheel scrolls through the slides. Is there a way to disable this? On mobile the drag works great as it always did, but on desktop when trying to use the scroll wheel to just navigate through the site it keeps getting stuck in any sliders used and gives a wonky experience. (for exmaple: in service card/testimonials/hero slides)

hello, but then this removes it from mobile where the drag is best utilized, im wondering if it can be only removed from desktop only?
