Set new builder preview url

Hello,
we have copied this site: skode.merkur-zav.si
to new domain: spremembe.merkur-zav.si

Because web page will be almost identical, we copied the content and deleted the pages, we don’t need on new domain.

I tried to edit footer content with footer builder, but I get notification: "The preview could not load due to misconfigured URLs. This could happen if you are using multiple environments and the site url was not updated after migrating.

Preview URL: https://skode.merkur-zav.si/prijava-skode/spletna-prijava-skodnega-primera

Is there any way to chage preview url in builder mode? What would be the solution?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked both URLs and found that the first one is working but is not listed in your Themeco Account, whereas the second URL is listed but is not showing the output. I would suggest you check the Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and the Settings > General > Site Address are the same, and also match with the Location URL mentioned in your Themeco Account.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for sharing your credentials but regretfully, we cannot access the WP admin page. I suspect that there is an IP restriction when accessing the WP admin page. That being said, I suggest that you disable the restriction while we are investigating the issue on your website.

Hi Peter,

I have checked the pages in the Page Builder and it is loading perfectly fine.

If you are still facing the same issue, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Have you tried footer builder? I have problem in footer builder mode. Page builder is working fine.

Hi Peter,

I have checked the Footer Builder and found the issue you described here, it seems it might be the problem with migration, where the staging URL has not been modified with the latest URL. I would suggest you migrate it once again after going through the following article.

thank you. But this will not be the same site on new domain. This is completely new site. We only “copied” this site because it will be very similar or almost identical - so that I don’t have to create it again from scratch.

Maybe just one question. All text is now “italic” looking on page spremembe.merkur-zav.si. I have the same custom font “Boston” used as on page skode.merkur-zav.si. I looked if maybe I have italic option ticked on each text element but I don’t have it.

Can you maybe take a look what could be the cause for this “italic” looking font?
