Separator at the start of a footer

I’ve seen a few locked threads that say separators can’t exist in a footer. While this is true, you can have a separator (angle-in, angle-out, etc) at the start of a footer. Just add the separator to the last element of a page’s content. Then add the following to your custom CSS.
