Separate fallback image for blog posts?

Hey guys,

I write a lot on my blog, but I don’t like selecting/adding featured images for each post. When I share an article, I’d rather share a consistent image to basically denote that it’s a blog post vs. just a page on my website.

So essentially, I’d like a social fallback image to be set solely for “Post” pages.

Is this possible? Right now, it seems like even my regular social fallback doesn’t always get scraped when first shared on platforms.

Hi There,

The feature you are looking for that is not available in WordPress by default.
You need custom coding or any third party plugins for tat.
I would like to suggest you to check this article it might help you on this.

You can do any custom code in child theme.
