Separate Content On One Page

Hello,

take a look at this site: http://usenet.theloadguru.com/usenetserver-review-cheap-and-good/
See the “page one, page 2” at the bottom of the post? I want the content to be hidden, but not on a separate page. Should be better for SEO.

Is that possible with Pro?

Hi @Skypat,

Thanks for reaching out.

That’s Wordpress feature and it can’t be changed, how about removing the pagination and just add your content within the accordion or tab? So they could start hidden and expandable?

And I don’t think that’s bad for SEO, please check this https://www.searchenginejournal.com/seo-friendly-pagination/275557/. Though, what you need to implement is still possible with custom development which, unfortunately, we can’t provide it here in the forum.

Thanks!

Then I would like to request this feature for the next releases of X and Pro. Searchenginejournal might be right, they might be wrong, though thanks for the link.

Should be a simple javascript thing.

Hello @Skypat,

If you are using Cornerstone or Pro Editor, there are ways to hide the contents on the page. You can utilize the Accordion element, Tabbed Content element, Content Modal or even the Content Off canvas to show or hide a particular content on the page. You may also have the content added to a section then with a triggering button or link, you can sow or hide the section upon clicking the button or link.

Please note that custom coding is outside the scope of our support. Issues that might arise from the use of custom code and further enhancements should be directed to a third party developer.

Regards.
