Going way back to July 2017 and this post here: Feature Box Image and then the original post from 2015 ( here: https://theme.co/archive/forums/topic/featured-box-image-graphic-has-no-alt-tag-option/ )mentioned in the above post and all of the requests for this feature, it has got to be asked, why was this never implemented?
Anyway, after doing a SEO check on my page the original alt tag for an image is not being pulled through because it is being used in a Feature Box. Surprisingly there is still no option in the Feature Box settings to add an alt tag for an image even after the original post/complaint by someone else all those many moons ago … Please inform me how I would proceed in applying an alt tag to the image so that SEO recognizes.
