Sendy Integration for Email Forms Plugin

Hi Guys,

It would be great to see an integration of Sendy on Email Form Plugin.

Sendy is a self hosted email service, quite popular as it allows SES to send tons of email for really cheap price.

Integration would require the following:

On the Setting, it would require
SENDY_INSTALLATION_URL
SENDY_API_KEY

Custom Fields
SENDY_LIST

It could then collect, Name, Email, Country, IP, etc. and make a POST request
