Hey,
Is it possible to select a post’s categories from the pro editor instead of having to use the wordpress post editor?

If I understood your question correctly, then you are looking to edit Category pages using Pro Theme Content builder. Unfortunately, as of now that’s not possible. You can’t edit category pages using builder.
