Segment Not Centered on Other Device

Hello,

I have a segment of my homepage that is shown to be centered on all of the different display options on my computer (Mac). However on a different computer (Chrome Browser on PC), the same segment is not centered; it is aligned to the left of the page, but all of the other elements on the same homepage are centered correctly.

I have checked your site and I don’t see which of the segment has the issue. I maybe checking the wrong site. It is the Prime Time Direct site having the issue? Please clarify a little further by providing the url or at least the screenshot of the segment so that we will have an idea of what could possible be happening in your site.

Hello! Thanks for the response. There was another person that responded about the website saying it was off center again, I’m not sure if its a Mac vs pc thing or how that could work. Anyways, here is the photo of it being off.

Hello Kaz,

To make sure that the element in the column is centered, please use the Text Align option in the column settings to make sure that all the elements in the column is align to center.

The biggest issue is that I don’t see the off center perspective from any of the view options on my Mac, and its only showing up on other people’s computers. Also, as you can see, it has already been set to center in the text align option in the column settings. Any idea what could be wrong?

Hello Kaz,

There seems to be some odd setting on the section that is not centered align.

Kindly check the Row Settings and make sure that the Global Container option is enabled.
