Hi,
I have a problem with two pages on a client’s website. Two pages stopped working 4 weeks ago. They were:
https://www.explorermotorhomes.com.au/get-quote-sent/
When I went in today to see what was wrong, in both cases entire sections of the page were missing.
I rebuilt both pages, adding the quotation forms and content that were originally created.
Checking the page review information in wordpress showed that I hadn’t been into either page since I created them in March 2018.
I know that both pages stopped working on September 5, 2018 as the Form Entries suddenly stopped on that date.
Could it be possible that the SEO team working on this site may have done something to modify the database and remove sections of a page without realising?
Is there any way you could check the database on this site if I gave you access?
I really need to get to the bottom of this. If it was a plugin conflict after updating something, then I would expect the sections to still be on the page when viewing through cornerstone - but everything had completely disappeared.
Regards,
Darren.
