Hi, I’ll be utilizing the same page layout for all my posts which would have about 9 elements total (image, text, video, embedded code, short codes etc.), and wanted to know if there’s a difference in setting up the page with a separate section for each element, or one section for all elements.
What is the best practice? Which one is more efficient in loading the page? Or does it not matter?

It doesn’t matter, it really depends on your page content and design. I can’t really suggest if I haven’t seen your mockup design.
Try to organize your content by section it is much more cleaner and easy to maintain.
