Section on top of another section

Hello,

I have a number of section on my page. Section 5 has a video, section 6 a couple of images. Due to the placement section 6 is overlapping the bottom of section 5 and I cannot use the video controls. Is there a way of putting section 5 on top of section 6?

If so what code and where would I insert it.
