Section missing - visible in page builder only

Hello,

I previoulsy thought I had solved this problem with your instructions. However I am unable to add to the thread as it has since closed (passed the 10 days allowed for replys).

I had turned off all of the ‘Hide Base on Screen Width’ options as you had suggested and it is visible in the page builder. When I switch to view it had dissapeared.

Furthermore the 2 sections beow are now out of sync - instead of being side by side the contact from sits on top of the other section - view in page builder is correct.

I will add log in details as a private note.

Please help resolve.

Thank you for provifing the URL, There is a jS error in your site that might be breaking your site. Please go to your homepage’s custom JS section and remove the following script:

<script src="jquery.flip.js">

Please note that <script></script> tags are already include in custom JS section, this will trigger an error if you include those tags.

Let us know if the issue remains!

Hello Justin,

Thanks for updating in! I have checked your homepage and there are still 8 sections that is shown/hidden in some screen sizes, meaning it is using the “Hide During Breakpoints” option. If you have already turn it off, not all of it was turn off. I would highly suggest that to easily check your page (for hidden sections, rows, columns or elements) while editing in Cornerstone, you can always use the skeleton mode when editing for faster response and easy access of all the elements in the preview area. This is also helpful especially if one of the sections or elements is not visible or hidden in selected screen size or you may have applied visibility options to a section of element.

Hi, thanks for your response. I already went through the missing section using skeleton mode but found that none of them are set at “Hide During Breakpoints”. Here are a couple of screenshots:

I actually created an entirely new section to replace the missing one, but it is still not showing on the live page. However, it is visible on the page builder.

I also attached a screenshot of the Contact Form at the very bottom of the page. It looks different on the page builder vs the homepage.

Thank you for the clarification, but what is the authentication code on your login page?


I did try both of the credentials you provided above, but neither work please check.

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, I did thoroughly check your page and found 2 things that cause the issue, first is your empty section, sections should have at least 1 ROW.

Second is your Testimonial shortcode, it seems it is not compatible with the Classic Text element. I did go ahead and moved it to a RAW content element (which it should). Your page now has the same content and layout on the front-end and Cornerstone.
