Section links works badly

Hello, I have a section link on a page:
https://jittysamsterdam.com/over-jittys/#Leuke-paginas
It works but does not land ont the section itself, but rather half on the section and half on the sections above. It seems above contents pushes the row down. It seems to come from the excerpt of the above GRID. Is there anyway to solve this?
I have tried changing the order, putting this row “leuke pagina’s” below the grid and then it works fine. However conversion wise, I would like te keep the order as it is.

Thanks for your help!!!

Hello @RPronk,

Thank you for a very detailed post information. I have checked your site over and over in different browsers. I could not replicate the issue. I am guessing that maybe because you are experiencing some caching issue. As far as I can tell, you have installed a caching plugin with initials FVM which I am not sure what is the name of the plugin. Please clear your plugin caches and regenerate the minified JS and CSS files. And then you must clear your browser caches as well or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you! Indeed in Google chrome I do not see it… In Safari on a Mac I see it. I deactivated FVM but that is not the cause…

Would you like me to make a screen movie?

Hey @RPronk,

I could not replicate the issue the same as Ruenel. With that said, even if you give us a screen recording, we still won’t be able to investigate because there’s no issue on our end.

I’d recommend that you don’t link to that section but instead create a separate page with that same section setup so it won’t be affected by content loaded from outside the page like the iframes and the Ajax loaded grid.

Thanks.

Thanks for you help. Your video does not work so I do not know what you try to tell me in that sense.

I have no content on the page which is causing the issue. It is content ON that page. Iam 98% sure it is the exercpt from The Grid.
What I could do is replace that grid with essential grid. maybe that will work better…

Hey @RPronk,

I’m sorry the video was set to Private. I’ve set it to Public. Here it is again:

Feel free to try a different grid. The mechanism is quite similar though (load content via Ajax) but it might work.

Thanks.
