Section fit Screen

Hi, got the following challenge: I wonder how to adjust a section that fits every screen?

Example (Desktop, Notebook) every element is above the fold, which ist perfect

Example (another Desktop, Mac) Arrow and (white) Bottom Border are below the fold, which is not desired
