Section Deleted by info remains

Since the update, I’m building my first website and I used a widget to display a contact form. I’ve since deleted the entire section, the form remains. I cannot edit it or remove it. Please help.

I have checked the Widget and found the WP Form is still added to the Footer 1 widget area. I have also checked at Theme Options > Footer > Widget Areas and found that is set to 3 widget areas.

Ahh I see. Is this a new function of the update? I don’t recall adding it to 3 other places but I know now that I won’t use that approach. Thanks
