How do I set the backgrounds in sections to high quality? I upload pictures with sharp resolution, but once it goes on the background, it goes blurry like the attached. Any way to set on the site itself?

When selecting the background image, make sure you’re using the Full Size.
If you’re already using the Fullsize image, chances are you’re using an image optimization plugin like what Jetpack has. Please temporarily disable all 3rd party plugins to see if the issue would persist. If it’s fixed, enable the plugins one by one while checking if the issue comes back after each activation. The plugin that brings the issue back is the culprit and you should report the issue to the plugin author.
If the issue persists with all plugins deactivated, you’re using the full size image and the parent theme, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
