Section Background Video won't play

I have been digging through the forums trying to find an answer and can’t. My section background video won’t play on the first section. I don’t know what I am doing wrong.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems like a conflict or could only be the cache issue because I tested your video in my local setup and it’s working fine on my end. Please check for the following first:

1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
2. THEME UPDATE
3. CHILD THEME
4. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
5. DISABLING CACHE
