Section Background Issues

I’m not sure what happened with this latest update, but section background images seem to no longer be an option. When clicking on a section, the only background option is colour, no image. As well, on pages I’ve previously built, the image is there, yet options for parallax are gone. All I can do is change the existing image.

I hope I’m either missing something simple or this is a quick fix. Please help, I need this fixed soon.

You need to activate Always On from X/Pro > Settings > User Preference > Advanced Mode.
