Section Background Image

I’ve set a background image to a content section, how do I change the opacity of the image.

Update: Sorted now, found answer on another post.

Second Update: Though I’d sorted it, read on another post that the best thing to do was reduce .jpg opacity in photoshop then upload the faded photo (so that the overlying text didn’t fade). The problem I’ve got now is that the faded photos will not upload, I get a HTTP error

Usually, what I do when I encounter that kind of problem, I upload image via FTP.
