Secondary Menu - Comments, Recent Posts, Widgets

Hi Friends,

For our secondary menu (see link in secure note)
We would like to modify which widgets are visible and which ones are not. Can you direct us as to where and how we do this?

We would like to keep recent comments and recent posts, search.
We would like to remove archives, categories and meta.
Is there a way to edit how many of each are visible (search, recent comments, recent posts)?
Can we change the order of these items (search, recent comments, recent posts)?

Ok I found the location/solution here in the menu under Appearance >> Widgets:
/wp-admin/widgets.php

Separately if we wanted to place the recent posts and recent comments below our left navigation so it scrolls along with it, is that possible?

Thanks!

Hi Tom,

Glad you found the answer on the initial inquiry.

To make recent post and recent comments scrolls with left navigation, it would only possible with customization based on your current setup legacy header.

I can see you are using Pro theme though. It can be achieve using Pro header. Try this.
1.) Add a Pro header. Choose Left:

2.) Add a Bar with the following setting:

3.) Inside this bar, add 2 containers. Container settings should be like this:

4.) On the first container, add navigation element.
5.) On the second container, add widget area

Feel free to edit the width settings accordingly. That is the entire structure to achieve what you want. Edit the little details of the elements.

Hope this helps.
