Secondary Graphic does not show anywhere

I am trying to setup buttons using custom images, but when I set a “secondary” image, it does not show anywhere. I expected it to show on hover, but it doesn’t.

Update: it appears to work in Chrome, but not in Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site it seems that button’s both the images are working fine. It might be the browser cache issue at your end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. It would be best if you could check it in the private mode of the browser.

I checked your site in both the browser Google Chrome(Version 90.0.4430.212) and Firefox(Version 88.0.1) and it is working fine at my end. I would suggest you, please make sure you have clear your browser cache and check if there is any browser extension that is toping the hover action.

One one computer it works, on another it doesn’t. Very inconsistent. I’ve cleared the cache, and there are no extensions installed.

I’ll try uninstalling Firefox, but everything else on the site works fine.

I uninstalled Firefox, delete all the appdata, programdata, and program files. Re-installed, and the hover still doesn’t work. i created a new Firefox profile, and still nothing. The shadow changes color, but the graphic does not change.

Please test your site with different browsers on another computer or laptop aside from what you have used at the moment. Kindly let us know how it goes.
