We were able to search by SKU until recently but now get an error. Any idea how we can fix this? I am not sure if the functionality was built into Pro or Woo.
Saying this, I read an older ticket by another user and your colleague said SKUs were not searched by default, so I am a bit confused. Your colleague also recommended a plugin, but that doesn’t appear to be maintained by the dev: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-by-sku-for-woocommerce/
Any ideas?

Regretfully there is no option for that at the moment, it would require custom development I would suggest you please contact a developer who can assist you with your concerns or you may subscribe to One where customization questions are answered. Please note we don’t provide custom development support. It is out of the support scope.
