As stated by my colleague that the kind of customization you are looking is outside scope of the support we offer. Having said that I can tell you the file names, path and few resources that you want to look at to make necessary changes.
File that you should look at is _navbar.php under /x/framework/legacy/cranium/header/views/global/

Before making any changes in core file we suggest you to setup child theme.
