Search Results Page not showing pages in results

I’m using a Theme.co provided search page layout using the Layouts builder. It functions fine, except it doesn’t show Pages in the results, but only Products and Posts.

I checked the Looper Consumer, and it appears to be configured correctly, but I found that there is no Looper Provider, which may be what’s preventing the Pages from showing. Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks!

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings so I would request you please share your admin login details meanwhile I would recommend you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hi @instyletech,

I have investigated your website and found the child theme is activated and the parent theme is still in the older version. I would suggest you activate the parent theme after updating the Pro to its latest 5.1.4, and check if that resolves the issue.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
