Search page is not visible in editor?

when we edit the layout of search page then it shows home page insted of search page , but in the outline it shows search page elements. so it is difficult to edit the search page without seeing the preview.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Post Page is not set through the Settings > Reading. Please set it and check if that works for you or not.
