I am also noticing that you have installed LiteSpeed Cache. You also used Cloudflare which could also be the cause of the issue. Pake sure to clear all your site caches and test your site again.

This is the first time that this has happened.
If Clear Style Cache is the same as Clear Max Cache located in Cornerstone, it has been cleared. Followed by all of LiteSpeed Cache, as well as Cloudflare.
Unfortunately the issue persists.

It means that a 3rd party plugin is causing the issue. Please temporarily deactivate the plugin one at a time to figure out which plugin is it. I would highly recommend that you start by deactivating the Cleantalk Spam Protection plugin.
